    Jumbo Shrimp marinated and grilled in a spicy African seasoning served with Jollof rice (the result of an African tomato based stew with seasonings and vegetables in the stew which is used to cook the rice)

    Rice and beans served with beef smothered in a tomato based stew with sides and spaghetti noodles, boiled eggs, gari (powdered cassava) shito (Ghanaian black).
